What is the real status of the app?
The fact of the matter is that it seems to be totally irrelevant if you have filled in the electronic form in the app or not, when you arrive at Visa On Arrival they still ask for the paper landing card and the process is exactly the same whether you have filled in the app or not, there is no different in cost nor speed of getting the visa so it is a bit confusing as to why the app exists in the first place.
