It makes no difference at all
The hype around the Cambodia e-Visa app has been around social media for a while now, use it and you do not need papers and the visa on arrival is much quicker etc.
Fact off the matter is, it makes absolutely no difference whatsoever if you fill it in or not at this moment in time, you still need the paper arrival card, you still need to queue at arrivals and you still need to pay at arrivals just the same as before, this might change in the future but currently it makes no difference whatsoever.
